Он подчеркнул, что наличие бытовой техники существенно повышает стоимость жилья, особенно это актуально для небольших квартир. «Желательно, чтобы в санузле был установлен бойлер для обеспечения горячей водой в случае ее отключения, что не редкость даже для столицы. Также в «элитной» квартире должен быть кондиционер.

И что также немаловажно, сдаваемая в наем квартира, должна быть идеально чистой. От этого будет зависеть первое впечатление арендатора и его готовность выплатить запрашиваемую цену», - сказал А. Сокур. Он добавил, что средняя арендная ставка составляет чуть менее 1% в месяц от рыночной цены, которую можно получить при продаже квартиры.

Хотя и тут бывают исключения. Подсказать рыночную цену квартиры и определить наиболее реальную и выгодную арендную ставку поможет специалист агентства недвижимости. По мнению А.
